The cylinder is installed from the structural part’s top to its end. The force goes to the whole structural parts, protect the bolt from breaking off.
The alloy bit and cylinder are connected in the middle of the alloy bit. Uniformly forced, the machine won’t be damaged during working. The material of our alloy bit is military use alloy steel, with higher strength and longer using life, it can cut 5000 nos. of piles.
Chain: Professional hoisting chain with single lifting capacity of 5t, diameter 14mm,offering high safety guarantee. Equipped with adjusting buckles, the chain’s length could be adjusted according to jobsite condition easily
Structural parts—Both the material and techniques are more matured, with high standard quality control and long service life.
The two pins are used for fixing the modules and have the limit role, which is not only instead of top metal ring frame to reduce weight of the whole machine, but also avoid the pile colliding the top metal ring frame during the pile breaking.

Connection with excavator
Connection one
Depending on the type of excavator, shovel bucket if there is a hole for hoist, will put the pile breaker by lifting shackle directly on the bucker.The assembly is convenient, reducing the weight of the bucket lifting force and the waste of power.
Connection two
When unloading the bucket make pile breaker through the rings in a bucket of pin roll.This dramatically increases the lifting force, saving power and lowering costs (two hoisting rings are connected by wire ensure the safety of the hoisting process)
